1. Processing Time

All custom faux nails are handcrafted to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing and creation before your order is shipped.

Processing times may extend to 3+ during peak periods or special promotions.
2. Shipping Options & Rates​

Express Shipping: $20 (approx.: 1-3 business days within NSW))
3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your package’s progress.
4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping option selected and are counted from the day of dispatch, not from the date of order.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays or weather conditions.
5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Australia only.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

In the rare event of a lost package, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Refund Policy
1. Custom Orders

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our custom faux nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 1-2 days of receiving your package.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Only items that are defective or damaged upon arrival are eligible for return.

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
4. Return Process

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Please return the item within 14 days of receiving the label.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges on custom faux nails, as each set is made to order. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve it.
